| Our Client is seeking a highly talented, award winning architect. If you are looking for the opportunity to lead a committed creative team for passionate and knowledgeable clients, designing at the cutting edge and achieving awards from your peers we should be talking. Building respectful and productive relationships with clients you will aim to generate repeat business through a listening, intelligent, pro-active service. Your strong communication skills and natural leadership abilities will release the full potential of our project teams, providing hands-on direction in conceptual design and actively embedding sustainability and environmental awareness into everything we do. Their Birmingham office is expanding rapidly, and will be central to the enormous physical regeneration of the Midlands. You will have a vital part to play in continuing to develop the design reputation that will make the Birmingham office the first choice for West Midlands Clients interested in procuring quality buildings and you will be a powerful ambassador for the company. Closely supporting the Managing Director, you will assist in driving business development and ensuring that the office is profitable, high profile and exceptionally innovative. Their varied portfolio includes both local and international projects and across a wide range of sectors. Specialism in particular sectors will be an advantage in this role, however individual talent is the key attribute required. Its an exceptionally exciting challenge, demanding a rare blend of strength in conceptual design, technical skills and entrepreneurial flair, and will need an impressive individual with proven ability to make things happen.
